In the men's 800, Abraham Alvarado also experienced a close race, winning with a time of 1:44.07, just ahead of Yusuf Bizimana, who finished at 1:44.08.
Additionally, Shawnti Jackson made headlines with her impressive sprint, winning the women's 100 meters with a time of 11.00 seconds.
